Associate
Will Layton is an associate attorney focusing on workers’ compensation defense. He joined the firm in 2024 after earning his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. During law school, Will gained experience in both immigration and civil litigation through internships with Tina H. Roberts Law Firm, PLLC and LeClerq Law Firm.
He holds a B.A. in Law, Politics, and Society from Samford University, where he graduated with honors and received the Best Thesis Award in the College of Political Science. Will is a member of the Federalist Society and Pi Sigma Alpha. Outside the office, he enjoys hiking, staying active, and spending time with his wife and son.
