Laura S. Rossi graduated summa cum laude from Elon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Policy Studies. After graduation, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she attended Emory University School of Law. While at Emory Law, Laura served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Laura’s comment titled “The Texas Two-Step: How Corporate Debtors Manipulate Chapter 11 Reorganizations to Dance Around Mass Tort Liability” was selected by her peers and faculty for publication in Vol. 36 of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal and was nominated for the 2024 Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Awards. Laura graduated from Emory Law with her Juris Doctor and joined Speed, Seta, Martin, Trivett, Stubley & Fickling as a first-year associate. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
